I am shocked at all of you. Nancy has a poorly received book to push. She doesn't have time for Americans without checkbooks in hand.
She's telling us 'girls' how to grow up to be big and powerful. Last time I looked, under her leadership Congress has the lowest popularity ratings ever recorded...14% and dropping. See what a Nancy can do when she forgets to put her mind to it.
My one question for her would be, "Nancy, honey, who told you the American people wouldn't mind if you shoved them aside in your business of power-grabbing? Let the drillers drill. No, it won't solve the problem in a few days, but if you and your friends had gotten on this ten-fifteen years ago, we would have the oil perking right along today! If you can't 'drill your way out' today, you just might help make the future a bit brighter. Putting it off another ten years won't bring it along any faster.
You're worried about the oil companies making so much money? Well, sugar, they have to be ready if we build the much needed refineries. They run about a billion each, so those nasty old profits will shrink real fast. (Ooops, you forgot to tell the public that, didn't you.)
Trouble is, nobody in our government has the good sense to build new refineries though we've lost a couple over the past few years. The youngest one we have is from the mid to late 70's. Do you expect them to last forever?
I'm with you on the wind power. I believe if we harness all the hot air in Washington, D.C., we'll have no energy problem!"
Wake up, folks! Get Pelosi and her pals out of our government. Let's move ahead, not stagnate. We also need to remove the Repulicrats, those folks who swear they are Republicans and vote to appease the Democrats.
Let's vote "None of the Above" on all candidates until another George Washington or Abe Lincoln shows up! Oh, you think we wouldn't have anyone leading the country? Look around, we don't have anyone leading it now. They're all too busy playing, "I hate you and I'm taking the ball and going home."
